Studio LR addresses to companies who operate in the metalworking sector that need to implement their customer portfolio and to companies who want to strengthen their purchasing department.

We deal with three different but inter-linked activities:

Sales department: Customer portfolio expansion and management of the commercial relationships

Purchasing department: Scouting of specialised suppliers and procurement management

International Logistics: Import-Export, commercial back office

Through our management activity we complete our services on demand offering projects dedicated to organisational changes aiming to solve managing and organisational problems in order to gain control of the costs and improve the company efficiency. In addition, we offer interventions in German and English language with potential customers, suppliers and international partners.

Sales Department

Our International and Italian customers, with whom we have been cooperating for years, are continuously asking us for inquiries for different types of mechanical components and assembly groups. We are therefore able to forward inquiries to the metalworking companies who want to expand their customer portfolio.

We deal with scouting specialised suppliers in the metalworking field who could support international and Italian companies in the production of single components and complete assembly groups:

  • different types of turning and milling mechanical machining
  • laser cutting and bending

We take care of logistic and commercial management of international projects organizing the supply chain from the purchase order to the related shipment. In addition to holding the qualification of “import-export specialist”, we regularly attend Masters in international trade and customs rules.
